This is maybe my..... third? Attempt at realism ^^ I've been wanting to try an airbrushing realism picture. Her neck looks too short or her head looks too big, and her shoulders look a tad too narrow, but it's a start, right? Feedback is appreciated ^^

It's looking good! Though if you want to go for realism, the big eyes, simplified nose and pointy chin are too anime-ish Unlesssss... you're going for a "semi anime+realism" style like FFVII Advent Children, like I did here [link] (it's reaaally old and ugly... and I gave up on realism now... XD; )
The picture is also quite blurry, so I suggest you work with sharper lines and sharper, darker shadows
As for colors, her skin is very white and needs to be darkened a bit: the color of the SHADING is better for the BASE color (the bright area of skin in your drawing) As for shading itself, it needs to be alot darker than the base color, t's very hard to see her nose right now: contrasts are important!
White skin and white background are also very rough for the eyes, I recommend a neutral colored background like grey or a mild color (like... dull dark green or blue, never neon colors like cyan or bright red!) Mild, dark colors put the focus on the character and make it easier to see the features of said character
